Identification of Materiality and 10 Key Themes

Guided by our management philosophy and ‘VISION’, which are based on our corporate philosophy of “Consistent Sincerity,” the Yagi Group identified its materiality (key issues) for the first time in 2022. In identifying these issues, we placed particular emphasis on our sustainable growth and the impact our business has on society and reached our conclusions through a process that included surveys of key stakeholders and internal consultations.


Furthermore, to promote our sustainability whilst flexibly responding to the changing external environment and the expectations of our stakeholders, we regularly review our materiality and refine our implementation framework. In preparation for the ‘New Mid-Term Management Plan’ commencing in the 2026 financial year, we have restructured our materiality and priority themes to ensure greater alignment with our management strategy.

Our management philosophy ‘Business to Belief’, is nothing less than an updated expression of this vital spirit, both for the present and for the future. We will continue to carry out our activities whilst cherishing this foundation of values, which we have upheld since our founding from the perspective of sustainability. We will contribute to the realisation of a sustainable society and environment.
