Aiming to shape a future of growth and co-creation under the new Apparel I Division framework

With the launch of our new divisional structure, I would like to offer a few words of greeting.

Guided by our belief in co-creation partnerships, Apparel I Division will focus on strengthening profitability in television and catalog mail-order sales, expanding our uniform business and intellectual property licensing operations, and developing new overseas sales channels and new markets as core growth drivers.

Under the new management philosophy of Business to Belief, we will evolve from an organization that simply sells products into one that creates meaningful change for society.

We will position the fashion business as a foundational business that supports stable earnings, while challenging ourselves to transform our business model.

Guided by the stance of moving from transactions to co-creation, we aim to engage with our partners as equals and create projects founded on shared beliefs.

By pursuing craftsmanship that people can believe in and that stands the test of time, we will help build a more abundant future.

More smiles through fashionability and functionality

We also strive to create products that are in line with the times through our original planning and development capabilities and reliable production system.
We are pioneers in the development of original brands and licensed brands as well as planning and proposal-based ODM. Through developing men's, women's, and kids' wear for daily use, as well as sports and outdoor wear that requires high functionality, we have secured a global production network that enables the stable manufacturing of our products

re:i not plus minus
The brand "re:i not plus minus" is designed for mature women. It began in 2021 with the launch of the absorbent shorts "EITORE Ano Hi Bijin," and has since focused on developing products that address women's unique challenges. Through this process, we realized that there are few products in Japan that truly meet the fashion desires of today's key generations. Women in their 40s to 60s today are entering their next life stage, where they are embracing a renewed sense of self and expression. "re:i not plus minus" supports these women by offering apparel and innerwear solutions that align with their evolving needs, helping them incorporate styles that suit them better than ever before.
